How do we get information?
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• You have made a booking
• You have made a complaint or enquiry to us
• You wish to attend, or have attended, an event
• You have joined our mailing list
• You have applied for a job with us

We also receive personal information indirectly, in the following scenarios:

• For our transitional learning programme, we receive information from the individual’s educational establishment as they will have more knowledge of the individual and the behaviours they display within an educational setting.
• For our transitional learning programme, we receive information from the County Council’s 0-25 Team to gain access to EHCP documents
• We receive a job application from a separate job website
• An employee of ours gives your contact details as an emergency contact or a referee

If it is not disproportionate or prejudicial, we’ll contact you to let you know we are processing your personal information. ​
