This will be a rewilding weekend and will focus on getting back to basics with bushcraft and survival skills, as well as learning to reconnect with nature. There will be an opportunity for various bushcraft, forest wellbeing and survival skills as well as free time each day for self-exploration and discovery. We will cook over the campfire together for each meal before heading to our hammocks or shelters to sleep.
The Outdoors Retreat is a yoga, nature and mindfulness retreat and will focus on reconnecting with nature and yourself. The use of digital devices will be gently discouraged as we focus on wellbeing. There will be an opportunity for yoga, forest bathing, art therapy, bush craft skills and free time each day for self-exploration and discovery. Vegetarian food will be provided for the whole weekend.

Our carving workshop will provide you with the knowledge and skills required to use some of the most basic yet versatile tools to create a spoon from fresh wood.
