Join the team and inspire people to get outside and connect with nature!

Our colleagues are a mixture of experienced Forest School Leaders, teachers, teaching assistants, administrators, estates people, marketers, support staff and specialists in a realm of different areas. Beautifully individual as they may all be, they are united by a love of the outdoors and a passion for using the natural environment to inspire, educate and nurture. There’s no one size fits all here at TOG and it takes a variety of people and skills to ensure that we continue to thrive.

When you join TOG, you don’t just become ‘one of the workforce’, you become part of a community in which working relationships are built on trust and respect. So, whichever site you’re located at, or whatever role you’re in, we’ll provide the information, tools and work space(s) so long as you bring the enthusiasm, knowledge and commitment to work with us towards achieving our vision and mission!

It’s no secret that we want to be trail blazers, from our goal to impact the face of education, to making being outdoors an essential part of mainstream schooling and to challenging the traditional 9 to 5 working day to put ‘life’ back into the work-life balance. Whether employed in a delivery capacity or behind the scenes, all our staff play their part in helping to make these changes happen – and you can too!
