COVID-19 Book with Confidence
We understand that the constantly changing COVID-19 situation is creating a lot of uncertainty and that you may be nervous about booking anything right now! We want to reassure you that you can book with confidence, safe in the knowledge that you can flex your booking if the disruption caused by the Covid-19 coronavirus means that you are unable to attend your booking for groups or courses with The Outdoors Group. This applies to both adult and child provision. We aim to provide options that suit the customer whilst keeping the business sustainable.
These options include:
Moving your booking to another date
Offering you a credit towards a future booking within the next 12 months if you’re unsure what you’d like to do
Offer a full refund if neither of the above options are suitable * This applies if UK Government restricts us from running or you are unable to attend due to sickness or isolation. Our standard payment policy still applies should you wish to cancel bookings for any other reason up to 2 weeks prior to the start date. Please see payment policy for more details.
We also promise:
To keep up to date with industry and government guidance and keep you informed asap of any changes to or cancellations of bookings
Limit group numbers or create bubbles so we can maintain social distancing where possible.
Provide hand washing facilities and sanitiser at all sites
Sanitise all equipment after each use
Inform you of any additional measures that are in place for your booking
Your commitment:
- To take responsibility for your own personal hygiene and use the sanitising stations regularly. Where bookings are for children, we will ensure this happens and explain the importance.
Where possible use the track and trace QR codes on site using the mobile app.
Do not attend any groups or courses if you have any of the Covid symptoms; high temperature, continuous new cough, loss of smell or taste.
Inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend due to sickness or isolation.
*This will be looked at on a case by case basis. Proof of isolation or testing may be required. A 10% admin fee will be taken from any refunds issued.
