We understand that the constantly changing COVID-19 situation is creating a lot of uncertainty and that you may be nervous about booking anything right now! We want to reassure you that you can book with confidence, safe in the knowledge that you can flex your booking if the disruption caused by the Covid-19 coronavirus means that you are unable to attend your booking for groups or courses with The Outdoors Group. This applies to both adult and child provision. We aim to provide options that suit the customer whilst keeping the business sustainable.

This applies if UK Government restricts us from running or you are unable to attend due to sickness or isolation. Our standard payment policy still applies should you wish to cancel bookings for any other reason up to 2 weeks prior to the start date. Please see payment policy for more details.
