Holiday Clubs

get outdoors when schools out

The ultimate holiday club experience

Enjoy adventure, fun and endless excitement during the school holidays in Exmouth, Escot, Totnes and Okehampton. We offer fun, engaging and adventurous Holiday Clubs for your children and teenagers (aged 5-15). We run holiday clubs during all school holidays other than the Christmas break.

So what happens at a Forest School Holiday Club?

Where to start! Our ethos for our provision is that we remain child-led as much as possible so a large part of our sessions are just allowing children the space and freedom to play in the great outdoors however they want; to be swinging on our swings, climbing trees, bouncing on cargo nets, making mud pies in the mud kitchens, building dens and relaxing in hammocks. But we also always have an activity or two up our sleeves as well – whether that’s a spot of woodwork and whittling, campfire cooking, fire lighting or team games, there’s always something to do! No two sessions are the same, the only constant is the smiling faces and muddy knees traipsing back to the car park at the end of the day.

Into the wild day camp

Into the wild day camp

Have you got a tween or teen who is looking for something a bit different to do this summer? Our Into The Wild Day Camps will give those attending the opportunity to work together to transform a bare woodland into a comfortable camp over the course of four days. They’ll gain new skills as they start by creating a fire pit, shelter and seating before turning their hand to campfire cooking, tool work, carving and woodland crafts.

We’ll be running two four-day camps at Larkbeare Woods, near our Escot site this summer for 12-16 year olds and can’t wait to get started!

Dates to be confirmed.
